Artistrun.org was co-founded by Dr. Lycia Trouton, an international public artist and
Liza J. Lee in 2000 as a collaborative project to join up local businesses and artists for exhibitions and cross-promotions in Vancouver. It has provided promotional support for emerging artists and musicians since its inception. And since 2005, it has provided space for artist-run art exhibitions such as the annual Main Art Drift.
